If you would like us to delete the information we have collected through our Facebook Messenger integration or CRM, you may submit a data deletion request.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please contact us using one of the following methods:

• Your full name, if applicable
• Your Facebook display name
• The Facebook Page you contacted
• The approximate date of your conversation
• A brief description of your request

What Happens Next

After receiving your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity to help protect your information.
2. Review the request.
3. Delete or anonymize your personal information where permitted by applicable laws and our legitimate business obligations.
4. Confirm completion of the request.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required to:

• Comply with applicable laws or regulations.
• Resolve disputes.
• Prevent fraud or abuse.
• Enforce our legal rights and agreements.
• Maintain necessary business records.

Where information cannot be deleted for legal reasons, access to the data will be restricted to authorized personnel.

Messenger Conversations

Deleting your data from our CRM does not automatically delete messages stored by Meta (Facebook). You may also delete your Messenger conversations directly through your Facebook account in accordance with Meta’s policies.
